Excellent across the board: service, courtesy, and product knowledge.
We had a great experience with Jérôme, who patiently answered our many (and sometimes not-so-relevant) questions, and with Valérie, who knew our needs so well she had answers ready before we even asked.
And let’s not forget the mysterious owner who accepted our not-so-reasonable counter-offer
